Lumion is seeking a skilled 3D Tree and Plant Artist to help us expand the Lumion library, creating breathtaking, realistic Tree and Plant assets for our users to incorporate into their projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and model high-quality, photo-realistic 3D Tree and Plant assets, optimized for real-time rendering in Lumion.

• Create textures, materials, and possibly LODs (Level of Detail) for each asset, ensuring they look great and perform well in various lighting conditions and distances.

• Collaborate with our team of artists, designers, and developers to ensure the assets meet the needs of our users and blend seamlessly into diverse environments.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in 3D flora design and share your insights with the team.

• Continuously refine and improve the existing Lumion plant library, ensuring that it remains cutting-edge and offers a wide variety of high-quality assets.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a 3D artist, with a focus on creating Tree and Plant assets for games, architectural visualization, or similar fields.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create realistic and diverse Tree and Plant assets, including textures and materials.

• Expertise in 3D modeling and sculpting tools, such as Blender, ZBrush, or 3ds Max.

• Proficiency in texturing tools, such as Substance Painter.

• Strong understanding of optimization techniques for real-time rendering, including LODs and polygon reduction.

• Knowledge of botany or horticulture is a plus.

• Familiarity with Lumion software is a plus, but not required.
